So far, the service is linked to "select" retailers, but Australia Post said more would come onboard over the coming weeks and months.Australia Post cited data suggesting that 68 per cent of online shoppers were inclined to break off their shopping if they thought the delivery would be too slow. "We've been listening to our customers, and know they expect more certainty, simplicity and speed when ordering online," Graham said.He said retailers in the "lifestyle, fashion, beauty and FMCG " areas were already using the Metro service.
