Rick and Morty was co-created by Community talent Dan Harmon and former voice acting star Justin Roiland. Following sexual assault allegations that left Roiland fired from the show, Rick and Morty has forged on, airing season 7 last year and slated to premiere its eighth season in 2025.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, the Rick and Morty team is now set to work on a new adult animated series called The Undervale. The series will be executive produced by Harmon alongside Rick and Morty executive producer Steve Levy. Rick and Morty team member Erica Hayes will be a supervising director on The Undervale. Other members of the team include Chris McKenna and Matt Roller, the latter of whom acts as the creator and showrunner.
