The Mortis gods, known as the Father, the Son, and the Daughter, were first introduced during The Clone Wars season 3.
Combining the new Jedi and Sith holocrons from Galaxy's Edge leads to a recording from the Father. The Daughter’s recording comes from combining the new Jedi holocron and the old Sith holocron. Williams says in the comments that he later figured out a combination for the Son and will reveal it in a followup video.
There is also a possibility of Ahsoka's characters becoming a new manifestation of the Mortis gods. Ever since the Daughter sacrificed herself to save Ahsoka in The Clone Wars, the two characters have been closely linked, with the convor Morai being a reminder of this bond across several Star Wars shows, and most recently in the Ahsoka season 1 finale.
