The Pittsburgh Steelers could look to trade for Davante Adams.

The Las Vegas Raiders have started to inquire to teams about a potential trade for superstar wide receiver Davante Adams, according to Vincent Bonsingnore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Adams and the Raiders have still been walking on eggshells all offseason.
Trading Adams would be extremely affordable for the rest of this season for whichever team acquires him. Adams has huge base salaries in 2025 and 2026 that total to over $35 million each year, meaning that trading for Adams is not a long-term play most teams unless Adams and the team rework the deal.
Adams, instead, would likely be cut. So, whatever the Raiders would acquire for Adams is unlikely too steep. Indeed, it will not nearly be anywhere close to the figures that the Brandon Aiyuk trade would have cost the Steelers, so if they want to make this deal, it will be far more affordable from a long-term aspect and short-term with the cost of a draft pick. If the Steelers would acquire Adams, they would have to restructure somebody to fit Adams under the salary cap.
