Since the debut of X-Force in 1991's New Mutants #100 the explosive team has been known for its revolutionary philosophy, proactive missions, and pushing the boundaries of acceptability, a legacy Forge's new X-Force group will continue.
Marvel's announcement of the newest X-Force team, which will be written by Geoffrey Thorne with art from Marcus To , reveals that Forge will lead a fascinating group of mutant heroes made up of Betsy Braddock, Rachel Summers, Surge, Sage, and Tank. Luckily, he knows exactly who he’ll need to repair it: Rachel Summers, Betsy Braddock, Sage, Surge, and Tank. To save nothing short of existence itself, they’ll jump sword, gun, and fist first into deadly uncertainty, and the only thing getting in their way will be the secrets they keep!
X-Force X-Force is a superhero franchise that started in 1991 when the team debuted in The New Mutants #100. Since their initial debut, the team has been included in various Marvel story-arcs and the characters have appeared in video games, TV shows, and movies. An X-Force movie was in the works but was canceled in 2019 after Disney purchased 20th Century Fox.
