The Governor of New York has announced that the state will begin to stockpile abortion medication.
The state will purchase 150,000 doses of the Misoprostol drug ensuring New Yorkers continue to have access in case the drug is ever taken off the market.
New York joins other Democrat run states to safeguard access to the drug after a Texas ruling to suspend its approval.
