Videos have emerged of a fight on the New York City subway which escalated and led to a passenger being shot.
Videos shared on social media show chaotic scenes as a man was shot on the New York subway in Brooklyn on Thursday night.The incident started as a verbal altercation between two men on the northbound A train and escalated into a physical fight.
As the train was approaching the Hoyt-Schermerhorn station, one of the men, 36, pulled out a gun. The other man, 32, wrestled the gun away from him and shot him several times, according to police. The 36-year-old was critically wounded.Passengers aboard the train appear terrified as they cowered at the opposite end of the train.This is a breaking news story and will be updated.
