New Zealand airlines have cancelled flights in Christchurch as the Prime Minister raises the security threat level - see the full list of affected flights
The Prime Minister went on to explain that the country has been placed on a high security threat level.At 8pm New Zealand time , Ms Ardern said the national security threat level had been lifted from low to high following the deadly shootings.Two domestic arrivals from Auckland via the airline Jetstar were cancelled, the the two flights, JQ235 and JQ241, due to have been estimated to have arrived at 22.35 and 22.32.
