BACOLOD CITY – A newborn baby boy was found on Cabalawan St., Purok 15, Barangay Poblacion I, Sagay City, Negros Occidental on Friday, September 1.

Police Lt. Col. John Mocyat Jr., city police chief, said they received a report about an abandoned baby.

Investigation said the infant was found by rescuers about two to three hours after birth and was taken to the hospital with placenta still attached.He is stable based on the assessment of the hospital staff.
