Baby covered in ants found in van filled with rubbish and human poo
HORRIFIED cops discovered a 16-day-old baby boy covered in ants when they pulled over and searched a van filled with human poo, bags of rubbish and insects.
Cops say they didn't realise the child was in the van at first, and originally pulled over the vehicle for "traffic violations". The baby was in the van for approximately 10 minutes before his grandmother admitted to police that there was a third passenger in the vehicle. When they discovered the baby he was covered in ants, wearing a dirty nappy and had laboured breathing.The baby's mother said in an interview from jail: "He just had a few heat bumps on him, but that was it.I never neglected him. I have always taken care of him. They told a bunch of lies.
