An Australian tourist's baffled response to seeing locals wearing T-shirts during the recent cold weather has drawn in more than two million views across TikTok and Instagram.

She said she “couldn’t understand” seeing “girlies in stockings rolling around, no jackets on, nothing”.Ms Lowgren has travelled to Germany and Sweden in winter conditions where she said people dressed more appropriately.
