Councils across the Liverpool City Region have issued a series of public notices impacting our areas.
Makhmud Miesho has applied for a Premises Licence for: Bloom Mini Market, 163-165 Kensington, Liverpool L7 2RF For the following licensable activities:You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.
Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the June 7.Mr C Dhayaparan has applied to Wirral Borough Council for a new premises licence at 66 Grove Road, Wallasey, CH45 3HW for alcohol sales 7am to 11pm hrs daily .
Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 8 May 2024, to the Wirral Borough Council Licensing Authority at Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED where the register of licensing applications can be inspected Monday to Friday 10.00am to 1.30pm except bank holidays. It’s an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
Owners or occupiers of land near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of May 17. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
