If all legal avenues fail the consultant said she would be left with little choice but to quit her job and return home.She said: “It’s a shuttlecock situation for me: I have left my job in India. Do I have to return and try and get my old job back? That would be difficult as well. Another NHS female doctor I know is in the same situation as me.
