The Lisburn woman said service charges have ramped up by more than 250%

A Lisburn woman has hit out at quarterly service charges ramping up by more than 250% at a residential and commercial block in just two years.

The company also relayed that the landlord wanted to recoup the cost of electricity for a carpark closed to the public during coronavirus restrictions, with residents the only people with access to it during that period. "We would expect charges to rise and we know at the moment inflation is at the highest it's ever been.

She was mistakenly asked for payment on a parking space, despite her son not having a space as part of the lease agreement.
