The Lisburn woman said service charges have ramped up by more than 250%
A Lisburn woman has hit out at quarterly service charges ramping up by more than 250% at a residential and commercial block in just two years.
The company also relayed that the landlord wanted to recoup the cost of electricity for a carpark closed to the public during coronavirus restrictions, with residents the only people with access to it during that period.
