An East Belfast man has opened up on how turning to exercise "saved him from a downward spiral" and why he believes it's never too late to embrace fitness.
"Health and fitness was not in my vocabulary back then until I took a positive step and made a big change. I had a 40 inch waist and I knew something had to change so I decided to get fit. "I want to help other people make the same choices. The Burn More 24 classes and bootcamps help them hit their goals but I'm also here to offer advice on nutrition and everything else that’s involved so they too can drop the inches and become lean," he explained.
"Hand on heart it doesn't feel like work to me because I just love it. I'm always buzzing for every class that I do and it feels so rewarding at the end of it."
