A Derry mum whose days old newborn baby stopped breathing and nearly died due to RSV bronchialitis is speaking out to raise awareness of the dangers.

She told Belfast Live that, after taking her to see a midwife she was reassured and took her newborn child home again."My partner was holding her and her forehead looked grey," Nadine said."I phoned the out-of-hours and told them she's feeding, she's going to the toilet, but said I was really concerned about her colour.
"It was like something from a film. I thought she was dead. I couldn't go into the room. I couldn't even see her. I was shouting 'help her, help her'. My legs went.
