'We want to give back'

James Johnston and Ashleigh Torrance, from Millisle, have decided to"go big" this year, after the death of Ashleigh's mum and dad to cancer. Both her mum and dad were looked after by Marie Curie and Macmillan Cancer nurses, which the family say they're grateful for.

"My dad died six years ago, and he was looked after by Macmillan Cancer nurses. Those charities hold a special place in our hearts. My parents were both aged in their 70s. "We thought we would go all out this year, in aid of charity. The kids love it, and they are bringing their friends round too, which is great to see. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, so we put a banner up yesterday to direct people to us.
