Brave Julia Okon, a popular Year 12 student at Lagan College, died from cancer in January
Staff and pupils at a Belfast school are putting their best feet forward to honour the memory of a dearly loved pupil, who is 'sorely missed'.
Many tributes were paid following Julia's death including from Lagan College as the school community mourned the loss of "a shining star". Six teams of staff and pupils recently ran in the Belfast Marathon, in the name of their dear and much loved student, Julia and raised over £1,500 for a charity close to her heart, Cancer Fund for Children.
