The 20-year-old lit up Wembley with a stunning goal in Sunday's Bristol Street Motors Trophy Final
Dale Taylor admits he lived "every boy's dream" when he scored at Wembley Stadium on Sunday. The Northern Ireland striker bagged a sublime goal in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Final against Peterborough.
Despite the last-gasp dejection, late substitute Taylor - who has six international caps - says scoring off his first touch at such an iconic stadium was an "incredible" feeling.He told WanderersTV: "To score off my first touch was incredible. It's every boy's dream to score at Wembley so I'm really happy to have done that. Coming off the bench to score was massive.
Taylor added: "Give our boys credit because they fought to the end, but also you have to give big credit to Peterborough. They did what they needed to do, but on another day we go home with the cup.
