Mason Munn paid a special tribute to his family after realising his boyhood dream on Sunday. The 18-year-old Northern Ireland goalkeeper made his debut for Rangers in their 5-0 Scottish Cup win over Fraserburgh.
But Clement notified the talented shot-stopper on Saturday that he would be starting between the posts on Sunday, and Munn impressed in the rout of the Highland League underdogs.Munn - whose father Jon Munn played for and captained Amateur League side Abbey Villa before going on to become a successful coach - told Rangers' social media channels: "It was an amazing moment for me and my family who were here today to witness it.
"It was a good day. There are definitely things I can improve on, but I am still learning. I am still only 18." He added: "Obviously it was a tough one during the week because Jack is is just back from injury so we were unsure, and Liam is playing very well. So I wasn't sure if I would be playing or not.
