PHILADELPHIA — He was on the field, shirtless with a blue towel draped over his neck, and this was Nick Castellanos’ place. He concluded an interview with ’s television network by declaring, “I mean, yeah, I f—- with Philly.” He removed the headset. He wandered around the infield Thursday night. His wife, Jess, caught his attention. Otto, his 1-year-old son, scampered into his arms. Castellanos snatched him and pulled him skyward.
Until now. “Winning teams find ways to win, right?” Harper said. “At all costs. That’s a really, really good team over there. The Atlanta Braves are a great organization. I have so much respect for them. The way they go about everything. The way they play. They have a great lineup, one through nine. And we just beat a really, really good team. I’m so proud of these guys.” Bryce Harper and the Phillies soak it all in after advancing to the NLCS for a second straight year.
