He updated fans with the 'gutting' news
While viewers tune into Children in Need's special DIY SOS programme which sees a brand new building being constructed for a Leeds girls charity, presenter Nick Knowles shared a disappointing message.
The special episode is currently airing on BBC One and shows the new headquarters being built for Getaway Girls. But not everyone in the UK will be watching it, revealed the gutted BBC presenter minutes into the programme. Upset Nick took to Twitter with a statement, he said: "Sadly for some reason DIY SOS is not on in Wales until 11.10pm which is odd given Wales has had two huge Children in Need builds in the last few years with Roots Wales and Surfability who are both doing great work in their new buildings.
Their mission is to provide a safe space and support for all women, no matter of their circumstances. The new building will provide the chance for the charity to support more girls from across the city and make a positive difference to their lives.
