Escape to the Country's Nicki Chapman has led a lavish life off-screen as her on-screen persona suggests. The former Pop Idol judge and beloved BBC presenter enjoys a glamorous existence away from the cameras in her stunning Chiswick abode, alongside her husband who is a prominent figure in the music industry.
Nicki, typically private about her personal affairs, chose to go public with her health battle in hopes of supporting others facing similar challenges. "I decided to speak out after my operation as I felt not only had I received the best care I could have asked for from my local hospital and the NHS, but also that my story may help others going through something similar," she expressed, reports OK!.
During their 22nd anniversary, Nicki shared a personal insight into their enduring relationship, posting: "We married two days after his birthday so neither of us can ever forget the date! ! Sizzling hot day at Syon House. Best day of my life. Feels just like yesterday. taken on Wednesday night. His birthday celebration and an England win. Peeps normally post romantic pics from exotic locations. We've gone for our back garden in West London.
Her affection for the unique artwork by Sheffield artist Pete McKee is evident, as these paintings hold a special place in her heart. "He did some personalised pictures of my husband and I, and they're probably my most treasured possessions at home," Nicki revealed.
