'When I was in college a friend told me to do this and I was like no way, I can't do it but I have tried it now,' added Lund. 'That means no Coca-Cola, no Sprite, no sweetened tea, no Frappuccinos, no sugary lattes, no Apple Martinis, they are literally wiped out of my life,' said Lund.
