In an advisory, DFA said the closure will be imposed in line with the anniversary of the inauguration of the first Philippine Republic. “This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 117 dated 22 December 2022, declaring 23 January 2023 as a Special Holiday in the Province of Bulacan, in celebration of the Anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic,” the DFA said.
