scheme in 2021, applicant Maple Grove Developments, lodged plans for the removal of condition 26 from the original plans which stated:

The proposal aims to deliver an eight-screen cinema, a bowling alley, national and regional restaurant brands, a street food hub, 164 space car park, an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining, and a Changing Places facility.A report presented to the Planning Committee said: “Whilst the removal of condition 26 would result in no EV charging facilites being available within the proposed development, through existing conditions it would not result in the development becoming less sustainable.
