If you’re like me, you’ll have read about this and shrugged your shoulders. This is, after all, an anonymous system similar to those used in the United States, Canada, Japan and the Netherlands. It’s both attention-grabbing and instant, so it’s far more practical than the easily ignorable SMS messages sent out during the pandemic, which literally took days to filter through to everyone alongside so many spam texts.
