Last year, US lawmakers hauled the boss of Live Nation, the parent company which owns Ticketmaster, into a judicial hearing after the bungled sale of tickets for Swift’s tour in the US.Mr Davies said he believes ticketing companies such as Ticketmaster are “getting better” in terms of coping with surges in demand and preventing scammers.
