Talking about where his blossoming career with Reach began, he said: "I've been with Reach for 14 years. Originally, I started as a telesales executive doing classified ads for tradesmen and then as we started to add digital products to the business directory, I began selling digital advertising. Discussing why talking with clients is one of his favourite parts of the job, James said: "I love discovering what I can do for new clients. One of my favourite questions to ask is ‘What are the three things you keep putting off, let's see if I can help plug those gaps’ - what I offer personally is not just a selling adverts service, I’m here to talk about your business.
"We are not like other industries where you’ll only sell to wholesalers or direct to customers, we do both with businesses and agencies and when you’re going out looking for that new business, think about what you do.
