NOEL CLARKE has denied a new set of bullying and sexual harassment claims, which have been made against him surrounding his time on BBC's Doctor Who.
Last week, The Guardian published sexual harassment allegations against the actor after 20 women came forward to claim instances of bullying, groping, and sexual harassment.
