Danny Murphy on Gary Lineker to stepping down from Match Of The Day.
Dorking Wanderers head coach Marc White has offered his services to Match of the Day in a promise to ‘liven up the show’.The post read: “From five mates playing in the park to 12 promotions up to the National League South - it’s been some journey for Marc White and Dorking Wanderers.”
It would take a further five promotions for the non-league side to reach the top flight and probably the investment similar to Wrexham’s, Gabby Logan and Mark Chapman will be the new hosts who are set to split duties across Match of the Day, Match of the Day: Champions League and MOTD2. He will return to the BBC to cover the North America 2026 World Cup as he signed an 18-month contract extension.
