Menlo School’s Garrett Tran, shown in a file photo, scored a run in the Knights’ 3-2 loss to Woodland Christian in the CIF NorCal Division V final on Saturday. The Highlanders’ usually high-scoring offense struggled to generate runs in Saturday’s Division IV championship game loss to Bradshaw Christian.
