The epicenter of the second quake was not too far just west of Tofino, Canada around 9:17 a.m. The second quake was reported as aMost of the earthquakes were not felt by people since the distance of the shockwaves did not hit land.The USGS has the Modified Mercalli Intensity earthquake intensity scale that measures how hard an earthquake is felt.
