There are six races scheduled for the North West 200 on Saturday with the opening Supertwin race scheduled for a 10am start
The North Coast promises to be a sea of colour as bike fans turn out in their thousands to watch another day of action at the North West 200. They were treated to plenty of thrills and spills on Thursday night as Glenn Irwin, Richard Cooper and Davey Todd all claimed wins.
There are six more races scheduled for Saturday, and the weather promises to be cracking for everyone in attendance. "That was awesome. The little R7 is going good. Racing Coops is hard work because he's super fast. I had to plan my race and go for the overtake at Metropole. I knew if I got past there I'd have to outbreak him at Juniper, and I got away with it.""I did my best to hang on and we have hopefully learned a few things for later on .""It feels good. I had a few issues with the bike at the start but I am happy. I reined Jeremy in on the last lap.
"I said I would do my best for the boys who've done a fantastic job with the bike. I am happy to get that win. This means a lot. A lot went through my mind when I was sitting on the roadside after the crash. I am hurting a lot. And I start thinking will I be able to finish the weekend and will I be racing. I am happy that I still am, but I will be sore tomorrow. I am glad I have a day out.
