The organisers of the North West 200 road races have revealed some major changes for the 2024 race week.
The organising Coleraine Club had considered that move for this year but decided against it with the whole event only getting the green light two months before it was due to start, for insurance reasons.The organisers have also confirmed the event is set to take place from May 6-11 this year, slightly earlier than in recent years.
The opening Superbike race will kickstart the Thursday evening race schedule on May 9 along with the first Supersport and Superstock events.
