A project that involves collecting used rail tickets from around the UK is about three-quarters of the way along its journey.
There are now about 2,100 tickets on display, and Mr Badger – who works at the station – sifts through up to 1,000 new ones a day in the hope of filling some of the gaps. "One day we just took a load of tickets out of the ticket barriers and had a look through, just to see where people came from – and now it's nine years later, " he said.
"The vast majority of tickets will be tiny little stations in the Welsh mountains or in the Scottish mountains, or right out in the middle of nowhere," Mr Badger said.project went viral
