Northeast Ohio is in for a hot and muggy week. Temperatures will steadily rise as the week progresses, with highs reaching the 90s by Thursday.
CLEVELAND , Ohio — Northeast Ohio should get some needed rain on Monday, with the National Weather Service forecasting strong chances of showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and into the evening.
Showers and thunderstorms remain possible overnight, but are not as likely. Meanwhile, high temperatures on Monday will approach the mid-80s and it will be muggy. The high humidity will keep overnight lows around 70 degrees. There are solid chances of showers and thunders each day through Saturday. Temperatures will begin to dial back on Friday, dropping back to the mid-80s and they should remain there through the weekend.
