Sinn Fein has made further demands before they will agree to ratify Paul Givan as the new first minister.
"Our assessment is that he is being disingenuous by saying publicly that he will honour commitments agreed in the NDNA ."
The NDNA was the agreement brokered by the British and Irish governments in 2020 to restore the devolved government after a three-year collapse.
