The former coach has broken his silence on his dismissal from the club.
Former Parramatta coach Brad Arthur wants to return to coaching, but concedes his performance this season was not “up to scratch.”
“I know the performances haven’t been up to scratch recently and as the head coach, that responsibility falls with me. The decision to part ways with Arthur came after a 48-16 loss to the Melbourne Storm at Magic Round. Arthur’s assistant Trent Barrett will take over as interim coach for the rest of the season.
