The venue underwent a multimillion-pound refurbishment just two years ago. In a report published on October 7, the city council confirms a deal has been agreed for a tenant to occupy the former Prezzo restaurant. The authority says: "The unit has been actively marketed and a number of food outlet applicants expressed interest and made proposals...The terms of the new lease have been negotiated on the council's behalf by the joint agents...who have recommended that the council proceed with the proposed new lease.
