A Nottingham engineering consultancy has won employer of the year at a prestigious award ceremony. CPW is celebrating winning the UK Employer of the Year – Silver category at the Investors in People awards.
CPW, an international MEP consultancy that specialises in sustainable design solutions for the built environment, has more than 250 staff based across 12 offices throughout the UK, as well as India and Poland.Dee Pardoe, operations manager at CPW, said: “We are so pleased to have won this award as we care about our staff and pride ourselves on giving them the time and resource to develop and upskill. ‘People are our power’ is our ethos and we live by that every day.
