“It’ll probably be a fine for Forest. The club may receive some financial penalty – but I don’t think it will be any more than that. “I hate to go on about Richard Masters, the Premier League CEO. But he talked about the unintended consequences of the whole PSR situation.“That is the slippery slope I’ve been warning about this whole time. Clubs have got to see legal options as the last resort, not the first resort.“Forest were wrong to say they were considering options – that means legal remedies.”
