Latest Nottingham Forest news as Reds owner Evangelos Marinakis could snap up former Arsenal chief Edu
Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis could hand Edu a recruitment role within his stable of clubs following the Brazilian’s decision to leave Arsenal.
Marinakis currently owns Forest, Greek giants Olympiacos and Portuguese side Rio Ave. According to The Independent, Edu has been “in talks with the Marinakis group” and could now “lead their recruitment”. Edu has played a key role in Arsenal emerging as Premier League title challengers in recent seasons. The London side have also made some excellent signings in the past few years, such as the likes of Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard.
