Latest Nottingham Forest transfer news as Reds look to complete summer business before window closes
Nottingham Forest winger Jota Silva has been linked with a switch to Greece as the end of the summer window approaches.
The Greek giants, who are also owned by Forest chief Evangelos Marinakis, are keen to bring in Daniel Podence after he spent last season on loan with them. But if a deal for the Wolverhampton Wanderers man doesn’t come off, it is said Jota is viewed as a “Plan B”. “He is one more player to help us,” Nuno said of Jota after his transfer had been completed. The Reds were said to have seen off competition from Krasnodar and Panathinaikos in the race for the player’s signature.
