Matt Beeley is facing a huge jump in his monthly payments when his fixed-term deal ends
A homeowner fears his monthly mortgage payments could become "unfeasible" if interest rates continue to rise.
"It's not the news everybody wants to hear on top of the cost of living," said Mr Beeley, whose current deal is coming to an end.'Under pressure' "I had been renting and I had my first job," he said. "I wanted to get on the market as soon as I could."
