The NSW government is calling on the Commonwealth to ban the sale of vapes from retail stores. Seized black market vapes from schools were found to contain high concentrations of nicotine and toxic chemicals. Vaping is a huge problem for young people, which is only getting worse, according to the experts. According to the University of Sydney, over a quarter of people aged 14-17 have vaped – 1 in 10 has vaped in the most recent 30 days. The average age of when people first try vaping is 14 years old.
