When was the last time you made a cup of tea whilst naked? How about felt the grass between your toes and the wind on your bum as you survey your surroundings from your garden or balcony in the buff?. But British Naturism wants us to spend today reacquainting ourselves with our bodies as part of The Great British Take-Off.
The global pandemic, ambassador Pam Fraser says, has made people feel more comfortable with their bodies and has probably led to most of us adopting nudist practices without even realising it.Today, we’re being encouraged to try nude yoga classes, fitness session and a glass of Pimm’s on the lawn – all held on Zoom. As well as raising awareness of naturism, British Naturism is also hoping to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.
She said that there was no need to worry about safeguarding at the event because they have proceedures in place. You can’t, for example, just log into the Zoom call to watch other folk doing a naked downward dog. If you’re caught goggling, you’ll be signed out.
