A man who harassed young women has been slapped with an order which bans him from making sexual comments to any female in the country in public.
He has also been banned from all Brio Leisure sites in Cheshire West and Chester, Storyhouse, Fatface Chester, and three city centre Caffe Nero sites at Eastgate Street, Bridge Street and Foregate Street. A CBO is a preventive order to address an individual’s anti-social behaviour when all other measures have been exhausted.
