The bans follow 'multiple incidents' at sites which are being investigated, says Cornwall Council.
A council has banned a number of people from all of its household waste sites after aggression against staff.
Cornwall Council said it would "not tolerate any abuse, aggression or violence towards our staff or our contractors".'Totally inappropriate' The council said in a statement that the incidents had resulted in "some members of the public being banned from all sites".Carol Mould, portfolio holder for neighbourhoods, said: "Unfortunately, there have been multiple incidents at our household recycling centres of totally inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour from members of the public.
"We will not tolerate any abuse, aggression or violence towards our staff or our contractors and, where people do behave in this way, we will not hesitate to ban them from the sites. "Where incidents do occur, footage from CCTV, automatic number-plate recognition cameras and body-worn cameras from staff will be passed on to the police."'Unfair' South West Water price trial set to beginPeople urged to get flu jab after uptake drop
