A JUDGE ruled today that a female nursery boss who watched videos of young children being raped and sexually abused should be publicly named despite a previous ban.
The nursery which had previously employed her said they were "saddened" and welcomed the investigation which had exposed Whateley. She used her iPhone to access online chatroom Zoom in 2017 where anonymous hosts played videos of children as young as three being raped. Prosecutor Steven Talbot-Hadley told Judge Peter Ross: "At the relevant time this defendant worked as a manager at a nursery.
